Snow riding-I'm not alone!
So a race buddy sent me this vid. I am NOT the only guy in the snow.
I just do it in NYC on a VTR.

I have no idea how you do it and survive. I'm a big fan of traction and temperatures above 10 degrees C. Ice, snow, freezing rain, slush, road salt and hypothermia leave me cold. (Sorry about using that expression in this context.)
I'll ride year round but don't go out if the roads are iced up or if there's snow still on the streets. Especially living on a steep hill! Worst weather for me here in Washington state: 34 degrees windy and raining. At night. I do feel like Bear Grylls when I do it though. I think Joe is awesome for riding a Superchicken in NYC! Watch out for that cab!
Heck yeah. Been hit by a cab in the pouring rain. Hit by a bus at a red light, hit by a truck in Chinatown, hit by a crackhead under the FDR, hit by a bicycle in Manhattan.
Oh, and I rear ended a cab in winter. The guy was half afraid to get out to see what happened. No harm no foul though, just did an endo a bit.
Trying to find some good winter gloves now that its finally cold here. It was 60*F this past Sunday. But that's another thread.
