That would be prohibitively expensive... the work, use of inserted heave metals for balance and even then.. That means he found a way to take 16 oz from the crank it self. .. Possible ?? Sure, just not likely.

Ahh, well hope I did not do the flywheel and told him I took off three pounds
It's a beautiful bike..like many though, just more then I can pay for a bike someone else built.
It's "worth" more then the asking price... but it's only worth what someone will pay for it.
