race tires for 100$ ?
in the market for a set of new pirelli diablos. went on ebay(ofcourse) and see that there are a ton for sal that have been raced. my theory is, "its not worth it" , and one should not buy previously 1-day tracked tires. anyways, heres a link of an example, again , these are sc1 so prolly too soft for road? anyways, just curious if anyone has ever bought previously tracked tired for the road. to me its not worth it... but who knows.. just curious

These are the Corsas and not the daily driver tire for sure. You could use 'em for track days but I would not recommend driving around town with them SC1s. $100 for 1/2 used-up SC1s is a decent price.

well i wasnt really looking at THOSE in particular. just curious as to what people thought of buying 1/2 used street tires. makes me uneasy so i wont, but just seeing what other people thought about it
