Quick question about what VTR wheels are worth
Whats an average price for average used Superhawk wheels? Minus tires and sprocket and brakes, just bare wheels in average used condition. I'm after a pair for a spare trackday set but don't know what they're worth.

About average for what I've seen on Ebay. Sometimes you find'em cheaper, depends on how long you want to wait.
Someone posted this ebay search string up here a while ago and it will definitely filter out all the bs stuff. Cut and paste it into the search and you'll find all sorts of good stuff.

Thanks so much for the replies. I really appreciate no "use the search" replies too, people always seem to have different opinions and heck I even got three offers on wheels LOL!

this is an improved version of that string, it blocks out fairings and windscreens, so if you want them included, be sure to modify:
(vtr1000,"vtr 1000",vtr996,"vtr 996",vtr1000f,superhawk,"super hawk",firestorm,"fire storm") -(skullkey,305*,cb*,dream,"motorcycle cover",windscreen,fairing,mirrors)
if you want to search for a sprcific item, add that keyowrd to the beginning of the string. For example, wheel:
wheel (vtr1000,"vtr 1000",vtr996,"vtr 996",vtr1000f,superhawk,"super hawk",firestorm,"fire storm") -(skullkey,305*,cb*,dream,"motorcycle cover",windscreen,fairing,mirrors)

^^Thanks man, and dang thats one heck of a search string. I take it you're an eBay pro, my old man's the same way. Very handy to know someone like that when you need to find parts or something for a good price.
