Question POSSIBLE 2003 Super Hawk PURCHASE

Found this on Craigslist: https://albany.craigslist.org/mcy/d/honda-2003-super-hawk/6679867760.html
Seems like a lot of money even with the low mileage and that it is unmolested.I'm assuming if I bought this, I would have to replace the CCTs and the R/R. Any other things I should look for ? I'm looking for a new project. What do you guys think ? What would be a fair price. This bike is very near my house. Thanks for any help.

Too much, not even if it was a new old stock found in some dealers warehouse

As for pricing ... look at local sales..
IN TX, that's a $3200-3500 dollar offer.
If it is in new like showroom condition maybe a bit more.... But any paint, tank or plastic damage and its just another used bike

If it's PERFECT you really shouldn't be paying more than about $3500 (are those the original D204's still on there?). Unfortunately that's really all they're worth right now. Not really a reflection of the bike itself, just what people are paying right now. He's smoking crack for $5,200, sorry.

For comparison this '98 with 355 miles on it bid up to $3,401 last year. One may turn up still in the crate in a dark corner one day, but otherwise that's probably about as good as it's going to get. Since all years are basically the same bike with very minor changes in '01, mileage and condition and really going to be the dictators of price more than the year.
