You definately want to get an O'Ring type chain for your bike .

Question might be do you want to go ahead and buy the new " X " Ring chain . They are my personal favorite . The 530ZVM that is .

Since you know the amount of links needed and if you don't plan to play with the sprocket sizes I'd recommend buying a one piece chain . That way you don't have to buy or borrow a rivet stake tool .

Hope this helps

Re: o ring or no o ring ?

ok , go to this link and read the tensile strength:

http://www.bikebandit.com/PartsBandi..._id~912122.asp

and then go to the ZVM link of this one and read it :

the 2nd one says its for our bike... will the other one snap like a twig when under heavy load?
