new to this forum

Well this is the first time I have subscribed to a forum so i am trying to look around and get a feel for what is going on. I am a Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division and I am currently in Iraq again. So we will see how it goes. Airborne!

I suppose besides leaving other assets behind there might be a Superhawk that got parked too? If not that's cool too. Lots of guys hang out here to learn about the bike before they actually buy the one they want. With Superhawks it's important what you buy while you're making the intial purchase. Enjoy your stay here.

Welcome!

I'm one of those guys, hanging out and learning about the Superhawk. I'm sold on them!

Stay safe over there and come home and ride with us. Where is home in the states?

Welcome.

Quick question, what kind of oil do they use in the Army?

well most everything in the Army is diesel so they use 15/40 in all engines and tranmissions that i have ever dealt with. I am liscensed on everything from a john deere gator up to an abrams tank. I use to be in a mechanized unit but i am light now. so i get to see both sides of the Army life.

Welcome and it's always good to have another brother who has been through the Superhawk engine woes and won! My 98 is my grin! I did a lot of work on it after I bought it. Drove it 188 miles and wrecked it on the driver's door of an Isuzu Trooper. Bought it back, built it back and we're out there riding again. You're right - it's always mission first because that's the safest way to excute the mission. When you need to lighten up a little you can always ride with friends here. Godspeed!
