I looked at buying that bike before I bought one from another individual. He's on the forum.

I think he got the carb issues fixed and that might be why the idle seems a little rough. Looks like the idle is set around 900 RPMs too which is a little on the low side IMHO. CCT maybe? Then again maybe just the camera?

 

I'd bet APE manual CCTs would clear that right up!

I've seen them a little cheaper than these and you will need 2, but at least you can see what they look like in the link

Sounds like the CCT failure.
Take a look at the CCT redo post in the Tech forum, may help
