Would enjoyed it more, IF more of this group - was able to enjoy the road too. Yeah right ! (selfish) The weather was nice 85 degree (perfect), traffic was lite. my wife (of 16 months) had never went with me, and i don't know if i will ever get to go alone again. The Blue Light Boys were min. saw two (one NCSHP at the NC store(he was buying a Pepsi) and (one TN sheriff- way past the end of the curves /down near the the lake (looked like he was napping) and not another law dog the rest of the day.
Met a rider (law enforcement) Canada, Ontario- That had riden 13hours on a CBR(Repsol)1000r, just to spend that day ridng the Dragon. Funny he rode the speed limit the whole day (smart/ he just could not believe the curves)
