For mine I found a very good use for the fake air ducts. My ballast is double sided taped to the inside of the left duct and the relay box is taped to the right duct

I believe I found a better alternative than the left air duct. The right air duct. My ballast had some mounting holes so I actually bolted it inside the left airduct and added some silicone to make sure it doesn't wiggle. It's right next to the switch for my LED semi circles around my headlight. And hopefully this is a stupid question but you did modify a projector into your housing right? not just stick the bulb in?

Hmmm.... I was about to suggest that merely going with the H4 conversion would not put you in the same category as baby killers or Somali pirates. But I can tell your not the overly sensitive type!

Just saw a bulb conversion set up on a '99 Blackbird and it worked out very nicely. Very sharp cut off on low and the hi just seemed to layer another bar of light just a bit higher.

The H4 hi/lo conversion on our bikes results in a really marginal pattern. I just put mine in so I am speaking from experience. Is it brighter than before? Sure it is, but I know I'm going to continue looking for a Projector so i can finish this up right
