Im also from Sydney, out near Campbelltown.
We are doing a ride this sunday up the old pac hwy putty road etc with a bucketload of storms... you lads should come along.. let me or Monomaster know if your interested

Nope Dollywood is near Knowville, TN. very close the the dragon.

We used to have Opryland theme park, but no more now a mall is there in place of the theme.
Dollywood and tail of the dragon US129 is about 2.5 hours from me.

Lewy From Tamworth Australia's Country Music Capital and rides red 2001 VTR. Yours is somewhat larger though. Tamworth's population is only 50,000. When I last visited US went to both Nashville & Memphis and had a real big time.
Yeah winter is approaching darn. The bright side is that it is when I do my track days to hot in summer. Winter in Tamworth can down to zero celsisus but the days always warm up to about 17 degrees celsius.
