Help removing plastic clips holding the tail section

You know those 2 plastic trip clips holding the tail section/rear cowl on? Is there any way to remove and reuse them? My inclination is to yank them off with a pair of side-cuts!

Any help would be much appreciated.

If they have a phillips head in the center carefully turn it out until you can grab the head and pull it out.

If it is just the button fastener then push in the center and you can pull it out. Pull the pin all the way out the reuse the clip

If its what I am thinking, they are kind of like plastic wall anchors. There is a grommet and a kind of peg that goes through it to expand it. Carefully pull the center piece out, I use a thin flathead screwdriver then needlenose. Once displaced, it releases the expanded plastic & therefore the bond.

Not sure if that makes any sense but its a honda thing.

Worst case scenario, if you need to scrap them to get them out, you go into an automotive store, and you can buy some new ones for a few cents a piece.

Yea, I think I'm going to drill them out and replace. I've tried everything. I appreciate the replies.

Screwdriver or even fingernails to pull the centre screw out slightly and then use a Snap On Trim tool to remove.
