Please help a Newbie out. I've had my vtr for 3 weeks and I got the chance of either laser hotcam, devil high Mount or gpr high Mount. Which is the preferred choice and also best for performance.

That could be like an oil thread since appearance & sound are personal choices. But Devils and GPRs are well established brands. Never heard of Laser. Did you consider Yoshimura? Still some nice ones on eBay. I didn't like the high mount Jardines I had as the upward pipe sweep interfered with my heel placement so I went back to stock with drilled openings for a little more loudness. But....YMMV so good luck whatever you choose.

 

I'd go with the Devils in that group.

 

I personally love the deep bass sound of the devil and the high mount looks as well.

 

You're not going to notice any difference in "performance" between them. Sound is completely subjective, but you really need to make an effort to make a Superhawk sound bad as long it's running on both cylinders, although after trying just about every exhaust ever made for our bikes over the years I can finally attest to the fact that Danmoto conicals sound like $hit. So it mostly boils down to which floats your boat and maybe also which is the best deal depending on your wallet. I'd buy the Devils. I have a carbon pair on my '99 and they look and sound fantastic. Curious, where are you getting the Devils from?
