i swear to god i am addicted to ebay. so many freakin' sweet deals.
got a seat cowl for $36(mint condition), two inner fairings for $10(one was cracked a little but the one i need is fine), and a brand new air filter for $10 too (i'll have to wait and see about the quaility on that one)!

thats it... i contacted the winner of the previous air filter on ebay to check it's quality. he said he couldn't tell the difference between that one and the o.e.m.. so i figure, for less than $20 out the door.... what the heck, i'll give it a shot. i'll let you guys know how it stands up when i get it.

well, i got the filter a few days ago and went to put it in. in the process i found that my airbox has some odd modifications, which i started a new thread for. but basically, i think you get what you pay for, but for 10 bucks, you can't go wrong. the plastic is a bit harder and i suppose you'd crack it if your not careful. the fit is very close but not perfect, i mean its nothing to worry about, it just fits like an aftermarket part. the oem honda filter element seems to be kind of a "cotton-paper" mesh, while this looks like the mesh is a bit tighter. as far as perfomance.... well, when i got my bike it had a semi trashed filter, which i rode into the ground. so comparing the cheap filter to the old nasty one is like night and day. so overall i think i can recommend it. i will get a better idea about the performance once i get some help in my new thread.
