Damnit. I got my cct's today and it started raining

as I was stripping things down to get to the valve covers (yeah I don't have a garage I work outside in the parking lot). Luckily I didn't get too far but looks like I'll have to throw stuff back together when it clears up so I can take it to the shop tomorrow and then maybe Sat. get the new ones on

when you have done the job between rain showers, strip one of the CCTs down and have a look how it works, then consider reconditioning them with my springs ???
