I know its been posted before but cant find the thread> If someone can post it. It would be nice. reason being is i was reading one of my fav magazines the other day and they was saying that its not bad on anything at all so here i go trying it today and oh i got to say its nice. really effective at speed shifts. I just really want to know if its bad or not. they really had some good points. I dont have it right in front of me right now so if some one needs to know what thay said i will have to post it later. ty

OK i have read a few things on the net and that mag and thay all about say the same thing. Up shifts are not bad on the bike but downshifts if not done right can be harmfull Is this right may be
