Which brake pads?

+ 4 on the EBC double H
Plan on about 100+ miles of HARD use to get em good and broke in and EBC only warrants the pads if they are used in competition.
If you race you can pick up EBC as a contingent sponsor and you can get a ton for free!

I had the Galfer Green pads several years ago. Didn't like them. I think they're organic pads so they are real easy on rotors, but there was very little initial bite the life was short (~5000miles) and they really didn't have any stopping power advantage - same as stock, I'd say. Galfer now has White pads out and I have not tried them nor do I know if they are available for our bikes.

Let me count, 1, 2, 3... 7 So +8 with the HH :-D
I've just replaced our rear brake pads, me on the VTR and the GF on is F4 ( sound like already post phrase!! ) anyway, we are both very happy! I should have do this a way before!!
Even that we are both thinking to replace our front pads for HH also, even if our currents pads are still good, I'm sure it will improve the improvement I do on our brake system! ( see my mod post for detail )

I'd say over 90% of the folks here would agree that upgrading the front brakes is way more important than upgrading the rear.
Icebud, I'd upgrade the front at your earliest convenience. Unless you enjoy sliding around like dirt riders, you don't need the rear brake to be any "grippier" (that is, more responsive) relative to the front brakes.
