anyone interested in trading exhausts? Remus alum high mounts 4 something louder????
the fit and finish of the Remus is awesome and it sounds good at idle and on the gas.....BUT my neighbors race harleys and well i'm looking for a bit more volume and noise i guess. it must be a high mount and it must be in good shape for me to consider here are a few pics of the remus:

Well, i'm not interested in trading BUT, i have scorpians on mine and work at a harley shop. My scorpians will drown out any rinehart or vance and hines system they got. Another guy i work with has Leo vince and they have a good bark to them but are only worth it if you have the rpm's past 6000.

Did you ever think of cutting a few inches out of the can and shortening them up? You'll probably get more of the sound you're looking for and depending on your taste they may look better too. I suppose you could also disassemble them and simply cover part of the baffle too. Maybe wrap a thin sheet of metal around say half the baffle and tack weld it. I've cut cans down but never tried the latter idea, but it seems like it would work. Just a thought...
