I found a vendor on eBay selling brand new HJC AC-12 helmets for 22.51 and 27.01 in very limited sizes (XS and S) and colors. He has the royal blue and matte gray for $22.51 and white, metallic silver and some patterns for $27.01. I ordered from him last Wednesday and received the helmet Thursday.
If you have a peanut sized head like me, this is the best deal I have ever found on a helmet.

I usually wear a medium or a small, but I like 'em really tight 'cause once broken in helmets always get loose and move around at high speed.

I did go back and check the eBay listings and the seller has changed the prices on the AC-12. All I can say is that I paid 22 bucks plus shipping and received the helmet the next day. It probably was mispriced, but he should sell it Arctic Fire for the price at which it was listed. He did for me.
