Hi, I'm rebuilding a 98 that needed new gauges. I purchased some off Ebay for a 2002 but didnt realize they had switched to a partially digital display for the later years. Any idea if the wiring for my 98 will be compatible with 02 gauges? Will any of it work, (speedo/tach, etc.)?Thanks in advance for any and all help, (yes, I'm very new to these bikes...).

 

I am in the process of swapping over and I so far noticed that you also have to buy a new temp sensor and fuel sending unit. It might help if you can find a 02 wiring harness, im not sure though. There are a few posts up on it. Keep- in touch with me and we'll get this figured out.
