Haha, you know how many people don't pick up on the forum name - Bahn Driver;-)

Hell yeah man, I'm a Car lover and nut, I like bikes but I tend to not hold on to them too long for some reason, I think because I get scared of them, but I have built several cars that could outlap most bikes;-)

I think in a few years my ultimate garage would be an Air Cooled Turbo Porsche or my personal favorite 1996 Turbo model because of the new colors introduced that year, I love that Sky Blue they came out with, anyway.

i would like an older Porsche build, an Early Bronco that I built with restomod format with sizable lift and of course locked front and rear, and my daily driver I want to build an LSX based mid 90's RX-7. Just have to raise these 3 kids before I can do that LOL.

Yep, I've got one in High School with college quickly approaching so I know what you mean! However, if one of yours is young enough you could sell them and get a Porsche...JK

Just tracked your build, very nice man. Now thats dedication. What EMS is controlling your ignition? with a Cr of 7.7:1 you should be able to run 1.5bar fairly easily, granted your injectors are big enough. Heck you could run that with 9:1 with a good tune.

not sure if this was mentioned yet or if you have this already, but from what ive seen on really nice engine builds and new turbos id highly recomend an oil feed line filter because there seems to be a bit more debri with a new engine starting up. Wouldnt want you to eff your new turbo up.

How is the turbo return line set up? ive got mine gravity returned to the pan so i didnt have any need to be really creative like you.

97 Probe GT KLZE Turbo I had RX7 Fd's on it, but sold them and have the American Racing rims currently in the pic.
ITs a 10:1 Cr Stock Motor on a stock ECU! I spray meth/water though to keep the temps down above 5psi and run a 8psi spring.
Its sad, but ever since i got my SH i never drive it anymore. Id need an EMS and a built engine to be happy with it(400hp), or really compare to the speed of my bike. Megasquirt has a PNP unit for OBDI's dohhh! Dont get me wrong its fun, and all, but I just dont need 2 toys. + the 12-15mpg's i get being a lead foot was extra incentive to sell.

Documented my Meth Inj. install
heres a 35roll

No kill vids yet, but next month I'm going to Miami for a dyno tune so kills will be documented

Anti-Theft Device

How do you like my new anti-theft device? It's a quick release steering wheel adapter. I don't think I'd try to steal a car w/o a steering wheel

Nice, so i gota ask what are you going to do with the wheel? carry it into work and stick it in your locker?

I just did some anti-theft to my SH monday. I had my front tire wash out on me on a turn. It could have been alot worse, bike's still ridable, just doesnt look so pretty now. At least no one will want to steal it now. Thanks to the T-rexs i didnt have to buy another engine sidecase from you or someone else that parted out.

as long as it has a upholder and a cellphone jack, most americans won't mind the missing steering wheel!!

What are you anticipating for power? how is the fueling and drivability currently?

I'm shooting for 500hp/500tq and will try to do it at 1bar of boost if possible, but with flame ringed heads I should be able to run even more boost if necessary to get the power I want.

Right now it's running fat cuz my Lambda sensor is flaky, but should have a new one next week. Drives real nice and just had my Fuchs installed

However, I'm waiting for adjustable rear jack plates to come in before I can have it corner balanced...

So what was the verdict on the Dyno?

I've changed my garage around, building a 92 Lexus SC300 now with a BW366 on the VVTI 1JZ-GTE mated to a soon R-154 so we should be on the same level once i'm done, I'm just slightly heavier;-)

Stock turbo through it is 364 rwhp and managed a 12.83 with water meth on maiden voyage at 16psi. Thought about your car and where it was at so came and looked this older post up!

Dyno run was cut short by a fuel pump causing high AFRs at high boost, so I replaced OEM pump with Bosch 044 race pump which is about twice as big and now full 1.2 bar of boost is managed with AFRs in 11s, but gotta get back to Dyno to check results...if I don't get arrested first cuz this sucker is crazy fast
