really need some help and opinions

so im looking for something to replace the hawk im parting out and ive swung WILDLY on what i want from an ultra cheap Hyosung 650 v-twin all the way up to seriously considering an MV Agusta.

i think ive came up with a couple of choices that i really like but im having trouble picking 1. (and unfortunatly i cant just buy both)

my choices are

2008 Aprilia Factory Tuono (60 deg. v-twin)

2007 Benelli Tornado Naked Tre (I-3, seriously, not a typo, inline 3.)

both are nakeds and seem to carry on the essence of a superhawk while being more refined.

so if you could pick ONE which would it be and why?

thanx guys.

I like the Aprillia. Say one in person the other day and its just awesome. Nothing better for the street than a v2.

I like The Benelli But have concerns about the quality.

The new Tuono has gotten good write ups. Not much more power than a VTR but top notch suspenders. If you're willing to spend Benelli Tornado type bucks, I'd take a serious look at the Brutale 1078.

I'd go with the 2008 Aprilia Factory Tuono. The price isn't too high considering the better suspension. As for HP, I thought it was listed as having 137 but I could be wrong.

the tuono and tornado are both listed at about 139 HP. i thought about a brutale 910 but want to avoid an I-4. the brand new brutale 1078 is out of my price range.

thanx guys keep the suggestions coming.

I sat on one of these for about 10 minutes the other day. Got to test ride one last year and it felt just like the 'Hawk but twice as fun! Next year...

needs to have a passenger area.
i dont like Duc's (dont ask)

i prefer regular nakeds/street fighter style over the supermoto but still might consider a supermoto if it had passenger seating. (doesnt need long trip passenger seating, just something capable of short round town jonts, like going out to eat dinner and stuff)

You lucky bastard, Tuono Is the one. There's six or seven in my neighberhood one I ride with all the time, hung out with two of the others yesterday. The guy I ride with has 30,000 miles and no problems. And I believe it's not classified as a sport bike for insurance. Two very important things for me.
They tend to be a little gaudy though for my understated taste. But the gold version is bue--tifull.

i wish i had choice of colors, im limited to holdovers to get it into my price range. still, its worth it and i will keep my eyes on ebay for a different tank and tail.

by the way guys if anyone is thinking about getting a new bike, nows the time. dealers everywhere are making some major price cuts due to ne models and slow economy.

The Aprilia literature claim of 139 hp is a bit over the top. The '09 tested by Motorcycle Consumer News in Dec. '08 issue put down 108 on the Dynojet.

Wet weight (470 lbs.) and quarter mile e.t. (11.10). That's VTR territory for power, weight and acceleration. That's enough for me. Not criticizing, just saying.

Everything I've read says the suspension and brakes are way ahead of what comes with the VTR, and the Tuono looks terrific. MCN said it was worth the money and the best liter class "naked" bike. I'd love to have one.
