I didn't take it to get fixed, I took the car and bike to the beach. Left the car there, rode through the canyons back to home to meet up with the family for a mountain bike ride down to the beach, where I loaded up the bikes in the car for the trip home.

Nice way to squeeze in some canyon riding and some mountain bike/beach time with the family all in a day.
