If this fool can't see a rock slide blocking the road, do you think he could see you on your bike no matter what you were doing......

Just something to think about when you cold weather guys pull the bike out of winter hibernation....

Sadly enough, I reckon this is the most accurate assumption made!

Can't tell you how many times I've had near wrecks working accidents, because drivers were mesmerized with the flashing blues.

The driver even admits "I saw y'all right round thur an by thuh tahyme I looked back..."

you see that blackberry in his hand? I am betting 10:1 he was texting. I can not wait until its standard practice to check phone records in these accidents. I am so tired of riding on the highway and looking and over and see someone texting, dialing or blabbering on the cell phone. anything but driving!

The whole texting/cell phone issue is illegal where I live and when I see someone doing either I want to ride up along side a boot off the sideview mirror just to wake the @##@*@$ up. I've always said -- ride like every car is out to kill you and that caution has saved my @## many a time.
