Can someone help check out a bike, OH?

I have a bike I am looking at just outside of Cleveland in Eastlake, OH. I need someone knowledgable to tell me if it is a go no go, as it would be a 1000 mile trip.

Took a look on Mapquest out of curiosity.

Sorry man, it's 300 miles round trip from here. But worse, it's driving into extreme lake-effect-snow territory. I might not be back till March!

Yeah, its for the bike build with my students. I need a cb/cl 175 for the competition and a decent one at good pricing is tough to find. If anyone has a lock on something closer I would be happy to take a look and consider buying.

This looks like a 175 to me but not certain. Near enough for me to look at of you confirm something with the owner first. My first bike was a 1971 CL175 back in the day so I was familiar with them at one time.

I am unable to tell. The 175 and 305's look very similar. The problem that I have with all of these "no title" bikes is that they are, more or less, unlicensable. At 600 bucks for a sack of shiite that needs tons of work and can't be driven legally, not really worth it. I would pay $200.
