The 94-97 VFR bars bolt right up. I think locating holes for controls need to be redrilled. They are higher and can be adjusted so they just barely touch fairing and/or tank. I did this a long time ago but it was too tall for my tastes. I'm more into the sport end of sport-touring so I went back to stock. They did work just fine though, just not my taste.
