WTB- Need a headlight, got in (minor) accident
Had a minor “incident” with the bike last night (I’m fine- barely sore today). Due to bikini distraction my attention wavered momentarily while coming up to a light. Didn’t see the Rav 4 in front of me slow to turn into a drug store ahead of the corner until it was too late, grabbed a handful of brake just before I hit their spare tire. They had zero damage, my headlight cover is toast and a couple of the plastics are slightly damaged. I'm looking to see if anyone has a headlight, for the rest I'll just bend the supports back so the plastics fit together ok and then just keep my eyes open for some new plastics. As stated- I’m fine, didn’t go down, barely slid up the seat (plus I had my big sweatshirt in front of me to protect my meat n’ veg.) I found out that a new replacement from Honda will run me $286, hoping to get a repalcement for a lot less if I can. Didn't see anything on Ebay currently. I have an extra solo seat cover and a set of flush mount blinkers new in package for trade/pay it forward kind of deal.
