Wanted - Parts for my 98 SuperHawk
I bought my 98 SuperHawk used and am looking for a few things;
Both front turn signals.
Clean stock cans.
Both mirrors clean.
Yes I knew these things were either scratched or missing when I got it, but being my first street bike, I figured that was the way to go.
Thank you and be safe!

Welcome to the party. Were glad to have a diva join the fold.
This shawk is your first street bike? Have you taken the MSF basic rider course?

It is my first street bike... I did a lot of research and "asked the guys" before getting it. I have been racing Motocross for 10 years, have a few state championships against the women and now I race the men's class. (I find men to be soooooooo much more fun!) So luckily I knew a little before making my decision.
And YES absolutely, I did take the MSF class to obtain my 'endorsement' but I have to say that I could have actually taught the class (I'm also a certified Master Drive Instructor) and was dissapointed in this particular class regarding their professionalism and felt that the male instructor had it out for women. (Ya maybe because he picked on me the most I didn't care for him.) And the female instructor had a whole year of riding experience. (Ok thanks... done ranting!)
But I still recommend a MSF class! Especially for riders that have never ridden before.

I've been looking for a bulb locally, but my area is not a *target rich environment*. Once I get a pair of working flush mounts (I have some LP III's coming too) and the stocker's out, I'll respond again with a shipping cost. If that's to your liking, then I can invoice you via paypal, so that you have recourse, or we can have the forum be our honor, whatever. You pay, I ship, you enjoy! I'm jackmanr on ebay. I also have audio related references on audiogon and audioasylum as my moniker here.

Hit me up when you are ready, then I can see where I'm at and we will go from there!

I'm not complaining too much, but I think she's gotten all of her questions answered a lot faster than most of the rest of us. RocketBabe, I might have some questions for you to ask that I can't get answers on.
