SOLD: D&D Carbon fiber slip on exhaust mufflers

SOLD SOLD SOLD

Beautiful nearly new pair of D&D carbon fiber oval slip on exhaust mufflers. Very low miles. Carbon is super clean and glossy and looks beautiful. Chrome midpipes are lightly used and spotless. Chrome muffler hangers look new. Muffler clamps look new. Midpipe to header clamps are new. Not a spec of dirt or rust anywhere (even in the crevices). Outlets appear to be stainless not chrome like I've always seen so no worries down the road about rust there. As shown these are standard/low mount and mount up to your passenger pegs like the stockers. Don't think you'll find a nicer set of these.

Not sure if these are still available new anywhere. I can no longer find them for sale new anywhere on the internet. And if you check D&D's website they now appear to only be making cruiser exhausts (?!) They're still listed at 58cycle but marked as "unavailable." Sale price was $732...

1997-2005 Honda VTR1000 SuperHawk D&D Show N Go Chrome / Carbon Fiber Dual Slip-On Exhaust (803-12C) 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005

Again, no disappointments here. They're carbon fiber and in near new condition. No they're not brand new in the box (probably can find a few tiny marks here or there if you get out your magnifying glass) but they're the next best thing I think you'll be able to find. You'll be able to tell by looking at the mufflers that they have extremely low hours on them. I'll take $425 plus insured shipping with tracking from 33426.

On a side note Jardine high mount midpipes slip right into these so if you have/can find a pair then yes you can easily make these into high mounts. You'd also obviously need high mount hangers (or you could probably make your own pretty easily). I've also been able to rotate standard mounts pipes upwards with high mount exhaust hangers for an RC51 "low to high" look as well. Didn't try it with these but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Something happened and they are now mine! *evil laugh*
Thanks Beau

These are going in place of my Jardine RT-1 high mounts. If I don't like the high mount look, I can always flip them to standard. I love having this option.

I remember a friend once had D&Ds on a Ducati Superlight. Boom, Boom, Boom...

Get them mounted and post up a video, Crux.
