Thanks and the sync tool is nice and I would have got that also but I still have my old Hg filled sticks (don't tell the EPA )

The pilot tool showed up today.....
Still looks brand new.....
No more pulling carbs to adjust pilots for me......woot

You're welcome Mike, it makes life so much easier. Notice it has an index mark on it that you set once you get it on the screw. It makes it easy to count the turns and keep track of them.

damn! so that's what the honda tool looks like. It doesn't look like it can be used while the bike is running without getting burned hands. The motion pro looks good but will it fit in there well enough to be practical? Making my own tool looks like the better bet if I can manage to create a flex bit of my own. Maybe pull the screws and just dremel a slot for screw driver and be done with it.

key component is the motion transfer.. Miter gears were cheap.. some rod, a replacement D bit from motion pro, and a small hunk of aluminum hex stock..

works great.
