Gawdam! Good job, Lou! I about stepped on these this afternoon. This is like going to a garage sale at a good bud's house. "Aw to you? Yeah! Ten bucks is fine!" And you can always use a spare as was so brilliantly pointed out!

I am as slow as Christmas out there.....a regular slow moving hazard.
Need to drop 30 seconds off my lap times to be competitive.
Starting to get a little more comfortable on the 600RR
It is NOT as easy to ride as the Superhawk!

Lost my partner (& riding buddy) on the race bike.
Need to find someone to go practice with at Oak Hill raceway.
Only $75/day for CMRA racers.
It's short, tight, ruff, & not very wide but if you can ride fast at Oak Hill you can ride fast anywhere....or so they say.....
Ben Spies rode there alot.
His record lap times are written in marks-a-lot on the wall outside the office.......Along with Colin Edwards & John Haner !
Finished my last Prov.Nov race there & didn't finish last !
Provisional Results Aug '06

Beaten by a slower but easier to ride fast V-Twin.

Wishing you had kept the SuperHawk now Bill? <JK>

Hey that guy was rocking!
He placed 6th in the Novice Heavyweight Twins race.

These youngsters have no fear of crashing !

BTW I turned faster times on the Superhawk @ Oak Hill than the 600RR.
Just felt more confident on ths S'hawk
Fear not....I'll master the 600RR....someday

LOL, yeah I know it's the rider more than the bike.

But I will also say it can be the opposite for us "less talented" riders too. Irregardless of the bikes' actual capabilities, if it doesn't speak to you or agree with your riding style then you will never be "one with it" and feel comfortable pushing it.

I had an F4i for a whopping 6 months; great handling but that's all I like about it on the street.
