The bike could use a new rear tire, but there is a good amount of rubber left for atleast another season or two.

Good luck on the sale. You might want to keep track of the phone numbers of those that show up to see the bike. There was a bike stolen here, from the owners Kitchen, from someone who came to see the bike!
