WP shock problem

My VTR has a WP 4014 Fusion shock fitted, with high/low speed compression damping adjustment on a remote reservoir, and rebound damping adjustment on the bottom of the shock. The two compression adjusters work fine, with 18 clicks from maximum to minimum, but the rebound adjuster never reaches a stop for either minimum or maximum. Has anyone else experienced this?

Its broke, either turned past the stop by someone or otherwise failed.. but broke it is.
The 4014 Emulsion shock was WP's entry level shock for non race use..
The shock is no longer in production, service parts for WP 4014 Fusion shocks are still available I believe but those adjusters are not that .

Get the shock serviced and hope there is a replacement part for that broken adjuster.
Might send Jamie an email at jamie@daughertymotorsports.com or call +1(260)710-4049 and ask for some assistance.
