What is this sound?

I get strange, random noise at low RPM's. It only happens randomly at just off idle. At first I thought it was valve noise like a sticky lifter or valve. Sounded like it is coming from the front head when you are sitting on it, but now I'm wondering if it is a slight backfire going back up through the carb.

It happens at about 5 seconds in on the video then a much slighter one at 8 seconds. I had to take about 3 min of video to capture this.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

After some more searching I think I have the "carb farts"

I'm going to try running with the choke **** slightly out and perform a carb sync when I can get the parts.

Yup. That is what you described above. home made sync's do the job just fine. I bought a motion pro because I had the extra cash at the time but I might as well left the cash out in the street because the one I made from parts from home depot for $10 is just as good.

I had the same issue. After the carb sync, the problem went away almost completely. Does it every once in a blue moon now.

had this same issue also and a good carb sync is a good idea
and if you changed anything on your bike that has to do with intake or exhaust like air filter or pipes you might wanna play around with some jets
i had carb farts on both cilinders because it was running quite lean
