VTR1000 rear shock specs
Can anyone tell me what the stock shock specs ie eye to eye length/ eye size are for the rear shock ?
I have the opportunity to buy an Ohlins from a Kawasaki and it have its dimensions but am not sure if it will fit ( I have bought a VTR but it has not arived yet so cant check myself)

G'day mate,
Approx. 13 1/2 inches or 345mm. BEWARE: many (most?) Kawasaki shocks use the wrong kind of bottom mount. Also it will have to be a remote reservoir model. The piggyback styles popular with most modern sportbikes aren't gonna fit unless you can figure a way to relocate the battery......
