vtr funny fan problem fix

resonaly purchased a yellow vtr1000f '99 with 10km/h drop damage all over the left side. So the thermo fan was a no go... all the parts worked when tested (thermostat, fan motor switch, conections, fan motor) but no power to the fan. read all about fan problems and forums and the manual but...
as it turns out it was the plug/conector in to the ignition key switch for the fan was no longer there . 2 hours later and found the 5 min job lol. the fun is in the learning i guess...

In addition to that you can run a toggle switch to bring ground to the fan whenever you want. This is a handy safeguard in city traffic.
