Is there an easy way?

To adjust the fuel screw/pilot screw without taking the whole carb off again? I have taken the carb off a lot in the past 2 weeks, probably so much that I could do it in my sleep, but it would be nice to not take off the airbox, etc...

depends how big your hand is. when we did my carbs john was able to shove his hand under them and adjust them with the little tool. its tight but he made it work.

I don't think so. The only carbs adjustment you could do on-the-fly is the A/F mixture but you got to shell the money for a Flo-commander.

Man, thats a tight squeeze, even with the PAIR Valve gone. I'll have to see if I can do it...

I also found this, its cheaper than a Flo-Commander...

you can buy a right angle screw driver for $25 then remove the honda D screw and dremel a slot in it. or buy the motion pro tool for $80 and bitch that their D bit sucks and remove the D screw and dremel a slot in it... then use the motion pro flat blade bit.
