Interrupt the hot wire into you engine cut off switch, route it through an add on tether switch mounted to the clip on.
Just a bit of wiring and a way to mount the tether.

A panel mount switch in a simple bracket mounted to a clip on bolt should work.

The old school way to do it used to be to screw a small sheet metal screw into the kill switch, then use a tether with alligator clips on each end that would pull the kill switch if you crashed. Not sure if that would pass tech or not. Or be safe, for that matter.

Tether switches are for wusses. Everyone loves a ghost rider.
