syncing carbs, rear slide stuttering ??

im syncing my carbs right now... i think in finally figured out what is causing my issues... my front slide is sliding perfect when i throttle it... but i can see my rear slide go back, but hesistes and jumps back and forth really fast trying to open, it doesn't open smooth like the front, it goes back and forth really fast... what would be the cause of this?? i have 3 shims in rear, 2 in front... if someone would help asap i have school in 2 hours and girlfriend is at work all day lol!!! thanks!!

How can you see the slides as the airbox (with the velocity stacks) needs to be installed before you sync the carbs?

and yes they can bounce around at low RPM
