Front wheel circumference varies from one tire brand and model to another. Measure yours to be safe. Mark the tire and the ground right next to the tire mark. With the bike straight up and down, roll it forward one rotation and mark the ground again. Measure the distance between the two marks on the ground and you have your tire circumference.
