Good evening.. Im experiencing a "high RPM" (heavy throttle) as I open her up im getting a sputter and I cant find it, The bike is a 00 with coil mod, newer plugs, standard air filter and manual CCT's, she is putting out great voltage... I cleaned the carbs (sprayed carb cleaner through them) but that damn sputter.. any ideas..

What's the condition of the diaphragms? A tiny hole/tear can wreck havoc.
