spark resistors

spark resistors
ran across this page describing removal of resistors in the spark plug caps, has anyone done this and had good/bad results?

I remember seeing that page before, I'm still not covinced that your going to gain anything from attempting that mod, except to have to buy new wires when your done.

Pointless mod. The only effect is irritating the cars you stop next to.

I did it. Never felt any gains and cracked a cap. It's not worth the trouble.
