So, what's next?

When putting my cylinder cover back on tonight, I over tightened one of those nice 10mm bolts, and snapped it right off. So, now I have a piece of that bolt stuck in my cylinder. Do I need to remove the engine now? What in the hell should I do?

I did that once. Luckily I was able to use an extractor bit to get it out.
Just make sure you hit the center of the bolt if you try that method.
Then I bought a torque wrench...haha.

It happens to be my front cylinder too, top right bolt.

That definitely makes it more of a challenge.
I was lucky enough for it to be my rear cylinder.
Unfortunately, you probably can't fit a drill in there?

Do you mean 6mm bolt that has a 10mm head, as in the Valve cover (shoulder) bolt? If it snapped below the shoulder, you should be able to remove it with a pick just by trying to turn it. The way the shear leaves a step that you can push on. Either that or get a left hand drill bit on it, it should walk right out.

Yep, thats the one. It snapped on the threads. A pick sounds like a VERY long process, but I'll give it a go. I won't get to work on the bike till *maybe* Sunday.

Ouch. I did that exact same thing, fortunately mine was out of the frame. A pick as autoteach suggested worked for me, I was surprised. Your space will limit you, but I was able to back it out a mm or two out of the head, then use a dremel to cut a flat head into it and use a screw driver on the rest.
