Replacement ignition lock cylinder? How hard is it to replace?

Hi all, so my 2003 VTR1000 had an attempted theft recently. Luckily the thief failed at undoing the steering lock, unluckily they must’ve just jammed a screwdriver in the key slot over and over trying to break it loose and completely destroyed the insides. Anyone have recommendations in regards to where to source a replacement and can give me an idea how hard of a replacement it is to do? Thank you

Key goes in the slot but isn’t able to disengage the lock keeping the handlebars turned left fully, so I’m also at a loss on how to get it on a truck if needed for transport

You might be able to remove the ignition lock assembly. Looks to be either 8 or 10 mm socket head bolts.
