Question rear wheel bearing replacement

Hey Guys,
I need to replace the rear wheel bearings in my '98. I have a set of new bearings still in the bag from honda but the problem I have is the part number of the bearings in my possesion is 91054-MAM-003. Per the online micro fiche that I have found it is a different part number. I assume that the rear wheel is the same for all years the hawk was made but can anyone confirm that what I have will work?

Thanks.

Those will fit a SH but they are front wheel bearings.......

91052-MAE-004 are the rear wheel bearings. 91051-MAS-003 is the sprocket carrier bearing.
