Question about motor noises on my bike.

Ive owned alot of bikes and im always paranoid when i first get them about noises until im reasurred its normal. I have an 03' with a little under 4k on it. Its got a bit of what sounds like maybe a valve tick to it. My last hawk was by no means a queit bike. but is this ticking possibly just inherint to the breed?

Sounds normal to me....now get a louder exhaust to fix the noise! I've got an '05 w/ 10K and I've thought it was noisy since day 1 and 3 miles.

WARNING...

There have been reports of a loud scraping noise at aprox 586 miles on some bikes... after hearing this loud scraping noise at that mileage on mine, I can now inform you on what the noise is....

The noise is your bike sliding sideways down the road...

damn damn damn... and the stinging you feel, thats where your *** used to be, and where part of the road now is...
