They come in the Factory kits, though you have to use it when the carbs are off the bike. It's "D" shaped. Two options here:

1. You slot your stock mixture screws with a Dremel and turn them into flat-heads.

2: Bring a box of donuts to your local Honda dealer service counter and convince them to let you borrow the special $125US tool so you can adjust them while on the bike.

FWIW, you don't really need to adjust them with the bike running. That'll actually get you a little lean. Stock, for best carburetion, they should be adjusted about 1.75 turns out. With aftermarket cans and filter they should be adjusted to 2.0-2.25 turns out.

Oh, if you want to borrow mine and mail it back to me when you're done, shoot me a PM.

Tool

Thanks again..
You had recommended 2 turns out with Bafflectomy and shimmed needles..I know the Honda shop guy good in Saskatoon..I'll take the carbs in and do the adjust at the counter..while there off the bike..

Thanks again

2500 feet, eh? Hmmm, might want to go with 1.75 turns and see how that works. 2.0 might be a tad rich.
