No pictures but it's quite easy. The plug is the lower bolt on the side stand side of the oil pan(engine), unscrew, drain (in a bucket, then in the empty oil container), put back plug.
Oil filter, remove the gray plastic protector with an allen wrench and the 10 mm bolt with a wrench, unscrew the oil filter with the bucket underneath, dip finger in oil to lube the rubber O-ring of the new gasket and tighten by hands until fairly tight or until contact+half turn, put back plastic thingie.
New oil, open the fill cap pour 3 1/2 liters in there, put cap, start engine, check for leaks, don't rev the engine (take a while to get oil pressure), stop engine, put bike straight if not already, adjust to 3/4 to full of both marks in oil window (clutch side).
Options, you can beat the crap out of the engine to dislodge sludge before, I do sometimes just to provide a good excuse to do what most people around me think is stupid. Don't put anything else than motorcycle engine oil or you may regret it.
Don't start an oil thread on this board and please dispose your oil in a responsible way.
