I'm struggling to find a PAIR plates delete kit available in Italy.
I found something on UK, but the supplier isn't available to ship in Italy

So, since we're not talking about rocket science , I'm going to build them by myself.
Unfortunately I'm abroad due to a business trip, so I can't take measurement on the cover plates in my bike, so I'm wondering if one of you have such dimensions;
I should take the occasion of the spare time here on site to make a drawing for my machining workshop, so that I could get the plate once back in Italy

Sorry, I don't have anything for ya. Lot of people just flip the flapper (lol) under the cover.

 

Simple act is to remove all E-Vap.. remove the valve.. Fill hose connect with epoxy . "let set" 24hrs. Make a gasket , use OEM bolts, (touch of blue "lock-tite") re-install.

I already removed the entire system and got rid of it, as well as the crank vent connection.
My cyl heads are this way, now:


I can easily remove one of the plate and take the measurements by myself; I just wanted to save time, since I'm abroad due to a business trip.

 

For my workout partner, I am making a couple of boxes that will raise a bar with plates weighing 25 pounds to the height of a bar with plates weighing 45 pounds. I will not be able to return to the gym for a few days because, regrettably, I neglected to measure them the previous time I was there.
