Unhappy No fuel from petcock

I pulled the bike out today and but the battery in. It started up and ran for about 2 min. then died. I realized that I had forgot to turn the petcock on. I searched the forum and found the correct on position for petcock. But no matter which way I turn it I have no fuel coming out. If i tap the petcock with a screw driver it drips out.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

The petcock requires a vacuum signal to open.
PVLIR is a good search term for you to use also.
